- andrewmcwatters 2y agoAt the moment, you can part out a system that immediately has a greater savings on your power bill than keeping the same amount of money in a 4% high yield savings account. So we've passed a threshold where the ROI makes sense if you're doing your own installation. The biggest hurdle is almost no one is installing their own solar systems.
