yes !!! My only concern is that trump administration will try to reverse the decision.

  The only thing he could do is make an executive order which would be overthrown the second it was challenged in court. He's not going to do squat.

  You should have more concerns than that - there is a good chance that this will get blocked by the Supreme Court given some of their other recent jurisprudence around regulatory authority.
