Looks like this approach is useful for more than just "google disabled my account that runs my legitimate business" cases.
- laconian 14y agoHow do you think the guys at Newegg feel about this? How would you feel if this was the norm for how your customers escalated their cases with your company?
- Karunamon 14y agoId try to make sure that there was never any such need for this kind of "escalation". Escalation means someone, somewhere, screwed up.
