No, you're definitely right, and I agree. I suppose my question is more intended at protecting the average consumer.
I wasn't alive for this, but I understand candy cigarettes used to be popular, and they were advertised at children, but the government cracked down on it. I know Internet astroturfing like I'm describing is a different beast, but I guess what I'm wondering is what the future of advertisement regulation looks like?
