And yes, during training, you have to at some point have its bytes on the training machine (not just links). By that definition, the folks who authorized training of their model with this dataset technically committed a big scary crime.
- jrm4 2y agoI'm guessing you mean a child-porn related crime here, which -- maybe -- but we're still in the process of determining whether the other crime/tort did, which would be copyright infringement.
