- Yoric 2y agoWell, the title makes it sound like Israel deployed it (see other comments - at least a few people seems to have jumped to this conclusion), while it's software that has been purchased and deployed by many countries around the world.

- jonathanstrange 2y agoThis is a misleading question because we're not talking about any kind of software. This kind of spyware is generally treated like a weapon and only sold to befriended government entities on an expensive per-seat basis. It often falls under arms-control exporting conditions, though I don't know about the specific regulations in Israel.
