Well I'm not guessing, I'm asking.

It's just that the best reply you got was a(n educated) guess; that's the best you can get, until and unless the original commenter themselves replies. So you can take my reply as at least something to go on, or... Idunno, live out your life thinking this was one of life's great unsovable mysteries?
