And no one wanted to get the dreaded 99 pennies back if you could avoid it.
Using credit cards meant you didn't have to worry about pennies anymore.
- BenjiWiebe 2y ago3 quarters, 2 dimes and 4 pennies. Still plenty, but not as bad as 99 pennies. Or you could give them a penny and get a dollar back, but that might confuse the cashier.
