A municipality installed a camera just outside a Swedish Redditor's balcony
- low_tech_love 2y agoYou have no idea how little Sweden cares about privacy. In the website below you can click on any building of any Swedish city, and get the name, age, birthday, the partner who lives with them, their job, and sometimes the phone number of the person who lives there. Alternatively, you can search for the name of any person who lives in Sweden and get their address (and all the rest of the info above). https://www.hitta.se/ https://www.hitta.se/

- Suppafly 2y agoThat's essentially phone book information. The internet makes it easier to find, but it's all stuff that's public in pretty much every country. GDPR is concerned more about actual personal information from what I've seen.
- LegitShady 2y agospouse/birthday/age/job are not phonebook information
- dave4420 2y agoIs Sweden the country where everyone’s tax returns are public? Or is that Norway?
- low_tech_love 2y agoSweden; the salary too.
