Is anyone actually surprised by this? The guy is full of crap so unless a court orders him to do it he’s not gonna spend a dime and he never planned on it

  Who knows. Maybe he's doing it and saying he's not is the b.s. He will likely do at least two more impulsive things before the election in line with this.

    I'm guessing the "wow" meant something like "Huh, 'meritocracy' -- that's rich, coming from the guy born with an emerald spoon in his mouth." HTH!

So you can take my reply as at least something to go on, or... Idunno, live out your life thinking this was one of life's great unsovable mysteries?
