If they surveyed and found bad hearing caused many accidents/deaths as it did with vision problems(glasses) they could pass a hearing test in the drivers test to remove bad hearers from licensing?
- amichail 2y agoMaybe don't exclude people with bad hearing from driving but do require people whose hearing can be improved with hearing aids to wear them while driving.
- talldayo 2y agoWouldn't rolling down the window provide superior/cheaper situational awareness?
- 8organicbits 2y agoAgreed. I like to roll my windows down when driving in unfamiliar neighborhoods (weather permitting). Lots of audible cues can add context.
