I see it as someone that doesn't just write up the mailout, but can produce scripts to work out for instance exactly what products you should be promoting to who in an automated way.
- robinwarren 14y agoIt's the automation which is the key perhaps. People bringing some coding skills to these jobs are able to do more in the same time by automating away a lot of the donkey work. This leaves them to focus their energies on more valuable efforts.
