- snakeyjake 2y agoThat event is perfectly illustrative of my point. You can't even see out of a submarine but still the commander, executive officer, and chief of the boat of that submarine were fired because no matter what technology or capabilities exist it is the responsibility of the person in control of the machine to control the machine.
