This is basically a thinnest possible uniform white material. So thin it is transparent to ambient brightness, but reflective enough that a laser shining on it will reveal itself.
- PaulHoule 2y agoHow does it compare to a half-silvered mirror used for https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pepper%27s_ghost https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pepper%27s_ghost ? One of my stretch goals is to do a sketch comedy performance with a video game character and part of that is figuring out how to stretch out a mirrored film big enough for a humanoid character to reflect an image from a projector or big ass TV. With Pepper's Ghost the mirror is at a 45 degree angle but that thing seems to work with the surface perpendicular to the floor.
