PR fluff piece. Sure it's great to have money and a nice life style in a beautiful city. MSFT offers this to its employees. But come on, MSFT is on a long-term downward trajectory. There's nothing that's going to change that until they completely replace their management. As long as their management continue living off incredible past revenues they'll have no incentive to change.
