$250 Color E-ink phone: Bigme Hibreak [video]
- ryzvonusef 2y agoA lot of folks at HN liked the idea of the Boox Palma, a phone sized E-ink device for book reading on the go, but since it wasn't actually a cellphone, they felt it was a hassle carrying two devices. Well this one is a Android 11 phone with Google Playstore and a single Sim, and has the Kaleido Colour E-ink, so in theory it could replace your regular phone. At the 12:15 mark you can see the device along size a regular phone in the sun, and I think that is the major selling point.
