- mmh0000 2y agoYour misconception is that the feds care about it's laws. The "laws" and enforcement thereof is easy to understand once you look at it from greed's point of view. You rape a child and you're not a billionaire political donor? Prison with a good chance of death by shiv. You rape a child and you're a billionaire political donor? The government just can't find the time to investigate such harmless crimes.
