I have a blog that I consider permanently unfinished. Being (still) too embarrassed to share it is a pretty good motivator for adding things, and it's nice to have something you can be a perfectionist about without feeling guilty. Formally, it's an exercise in learning the W3C Accessibility standards, but the content is very much "write for yourself".
