HA! Who asked them? I've never seen a startup ask the employees whether to take an acquisition offer.
- satvikpendem 2y agoYep. I'm pretty sure just the C suite made this decision unilaterally.
- mlyle 2y agoThe board makes the decision, but needs management to make things work either way, so management has a pretty big voice, too.
