I haven't been on traditional social media for about 6 years and so the way people keep up with me is via my blog. This way they get an update maybe once a month about what it is I've been doing/thinking about, then they reach out to me via email. Even the IRL people know I have a blog, but I guess it kinda comes up since I also run a blogging platform.
