I certainly don't sleep in one position all night, if that's what you mean. Not unless I took something strong and exogenous to knock me out, which also seems like a questionable habit. If I did stay in one position, I'm sure my back would be killing me by morning, my neck would have a nasty crick in it, and my arm would have a fallen asleep and woken me up a half dozen times.
