Remote is less than during covid but at least a couple orders of magnitude higher than it was before covid. Covid was a huge boost to remote jobs and continues to be. My current company, for example, was 100% in-office before covid and is now 100% remote. The main difference I've seen is with the large enterprises with large land/building investments and cities giving them tax breaks to switch to in-office. They seem to be the primary ones moving from wfh to hybrid or in office. Small to mid-sized companies still seem to be near covid levels of remote-ness.
