- 1970-01-01 2y agoThat's one hell of a startup idea if I ever heard one. Probably a million other homeowners would also agree to let waste sit on the land for cash.

- doodlebugging 2y agoSame here. I'm semi-rural with no HOA restrictions too and I can set aside some space and a defining access point for them so that they can periodically inspect things. My nearest neighbors are far enough away that they probably wouldn't notice a few extra objects on my place and I could always plant some more trees to screen it anyway. This is a great idea for neighborhood nuclear storage. The longer that you store it without issues, the more acceptable it becomes for the rest of society.
