Isn't that exactly the problem though: hiring is currently based on race/gender in favor of white/male hard enough that you get interior people from that hiring pool?
- notepad0x90 2y agono, not in tech companies and certainly not at crowdstrike. lookup people who work there and you'll see. In cybersecurity, the talent pool is so small you can't even pick and choose like that even if you wanted to.
