I'm guessing it's just x86-64 vs. AArch64. There are two columns, one marked "(Aarch64)", for Linux too. I would imagine the "MacOS" bit is there to emphasize

I would imagine the "MacOS" bit is there to emphasize that the values haven't been verified on iOS.
- jart 2y agoWe only introduced Android support a few releases ago. I'd love to see Cosmo working on iOS too.
