- drooby 2y agoA dating app that is government run makes a lot of sense to me...but I fear it will fail as well. Modern dating apps are creating hypergamy, which is not sustainable for society. If the app can somehow solve this problem then maybe it has a chance. The solution is to get more single people in front of more single people in in-person settings. Women on average are more likely to date and build attraction to men within their "attractiveness range" if they are familiar with them. So this is what governments really should be investing in.. third spaces.
