Worst thing is that to fight a lawyer you need another lawyer, so if taken as a category they never lose.

In my experience they cost a lot more than $300 an hour.

  My lawyer for a minor traffic accident in juvenile traffic court was $300/hr in a low CoL market, 22 years ago....
