Scare-mongering with the goal of manufacturing consent for “next gen 911 tech” which is really just just spy ware that simplifies the process for law enforcement to tap into a persons mobile camera and microphone in real time. I’d prefer to take my chances without it but I don’t think we the people will be given much of a choice.
