Call out the bullshit. Say why are you doing this that way? Like I’ve fixed it right there. Do it infront of the entire time every time. One of two things will happen. He will quit before you or you’ll get frustrated and leave anyway.
- giantg2 2y agoCall out the redundant work. Propose that the TL could make an even greater impact if we improve our workflow to review open PRs before starting other tickets. This will eliminate the duplicated work effort freeing up extra capacity for additional features.
