Tanshumanism is a tag for many things. Philosophically is the modern variant of ancient Greeks "golden age" or Christian's paradise, at least the tendency to such utopia. Practically so far it's mostly automation to reduce human stress, fatigue, doing more things with less effort. With a long term goal to do better: today we have A/C at home, in cars etc but not when we are outside, it's common imaging future "dress" able to keep us not only hot in winter but also cool in summer. In the near terms are some medical devices to allow an amputee to have legs again and perhaps having inside prosthetic legs some extras like a built-in GPS connected to a small display like sunglasses to have road navigation without external device and of course a bottle opener. Those who are "against" state it's to better subjugate us injecting surveillance and command devices in our body and so on. There is no "Tanshumanism Manifesto" agreed by all who treat that tag-topic to appreciate or critic honestly, but there is MUCH narrative like low quality sci-fi plots...
