Wow what a poorly written headline. I thought it said that the FCC had voted to limit the speed of prison internet.
- ants_everywhere 2y agoPerhaps we could edit the title to reflect that they're limiting the price and not the speed
- Avshalom 2y agoI just changed it to 'charges', the headline was too long so I was chopping words off.
