Hey fellow startup founders, I’m looking for some advice and feedback on a challenge we’re facing with our product, Subwich. Subwich is a subscription management assistant that helps users manage all their subscriptions in one place, set reminders, and avoid unnecessary fees. We support multiple languages, currencies, and time zones, and send notifications through various channels like Line, Discord, Gmail, and Telegram. The Issue: We’re getting a decent amount of traffic to our landing page, but we’re struggling with conversions. Visitors are interested, but they’re not signing up for our product. First Impressions: What do you think about our homepage and demo? Is there anything that might be causing potential users to hesitate? Value Proposition: Do you feel our value proposition is clear and compelling enough? How can we improve it? User Experience: Any suggestions on improving the user interface or user experience to make it more inviting?
