Is it me, or is the "$1,816/mo HOA" fee just insane?
- tomohelix 2y agoPretty common in SF unfortunately. Real estate in SF is completely broken unless you make 7 figures a year. At which point one can join the game to make it even more broken.

- srmarm 2y agoIs that just for shared services or does it go towards the costs to repair the bad design?
