- tomohelix 2y agoPretty common in SF unfortunately. Real estate in SF is completely broken unless you make 7 figures a year. At which point one can join the game to make it even more broken.
- randycupertino 2y agoFor that low price you get the novelty of getting to watch a marble roll across your floor due to tilt. https://youtu.be/UaEgkt8rGww?si=YuuX7H-7MG81WraC&t=14 https://youtu.be/UaEgkt8rGww?si=YuuX7H-7MG81WraC&t=14
- lylejantzi3rd 2y agoDoes the price go down proportionally with the degree of tilt?
- srmarm 2y agoIs that just for shared services or does it go towards the costs to repair the bad design?
