Yes, I can see some signs of that as well. Lots of street library bookcases with free books and 2 new actual bookstores popped up in my neighborhood. Yesterday I went to one and it was a great experience and couldn't resist buying an absolutely beautiful book on lichens [1] and a book for my kid.
