cit "there is no time to do it right, but there is always time to do it again"
little pessimistic, i know.
Maybe the foundation of any real change to a better world is justice (climatic, energetic, economic, social..) at any scale we reason (local, state, continent, entire world), i this the world is run out of simply justice.
So why reasoning at the planetary level can be better, if at state and regional scale so much justice was missing? One big problem, maybe the biggest, imho, is: there are rules and laws, but simply these are breaked, not followed, ignored. we can build even a planetary governance, but why this will work, if all other are not?
Maybe the problem source is not about the form of the state/nation/government but in the mind/culture/habits...
