- zer8k 2y agoSo can plenty of prescription drugs. I suspect you wouldn't criticize someone for suggesting, "unwarranted", that someone tries anti-depressants or any number of potentially dangerous anxiolytics. Cool it with your moral authority.
- bruce343434 2y agoI would absolutely give them flak because you are exactly right about these drugs. If certain medications/"medications" can help people in any way, that's awesome! But we can't treat them like harmless fun candy or like a productivity/meditation hack.
- _joel 2y agoTelling everyone to do a dose of anti-depressants is just the same. Not a great idea.
- wesleywt 2y agoWe are going to need to know the rate of this happening. And who said it happens?
- colecut 2y agoI've seen it happen to multiple people.. You may need a "study" to believe it, but I no longer do.. I enjoy psychedelics, but I am also aware of the potential risks because I've seen them. I don't pretend that incidents don't happen just because they are rare, and because I enjoy them.
- jklinger410 2y agoWell I'm not a doctor. I'm a random commenter with an opinion on the internet. I would recommend people not take "medical advice" from people they don't know. I'm not going to stop sharing my opinion, though.
