Are you taking any NAD+ supplements? I am as of a week ago, just curious if anyone else is.

  How are you tracking the efficacy? Did you measure an actual deficiency in your blood? What effects are you hoping for? If you don't get the desired effects, what will you do? I always feel a bit of FOMO whenever supplements are being discussed, then again if I bought all the supplements every time I'd have a whole apothecary...
