- RandallBrown 2y agoThey might be able to C&D the name, but I doubt they'd do anything (or get anywhere if they tried) about the case.
- Jeremy1026 2y agoThe website is trade dress to the max. The average user would probably scroll through the page and assume this is an official product from Apple. Their logo is deceptively similar to Apple's, the name of the product is similar, the click wheel design is possibly infringing on some patent Apple owns.
