Where can I find FMA4 in modern AMD CPUs? What about 3dNow? XOP? Even SSE isn't guaranteed as Intel chips never implemented SSE4a. AVX-512 is especially weird

Where can I find FMA4 in modern AMD CPUs? What about 3dNow? XOP? Even SSE isn't guaranteed as Intel chips never implemented SSE4a. AVX-512 is especially weird.
