I think the talent risks are very company dependent. My back is against the wall at my current employer. As in, my employer had a return to the office mandate, and I had little realistic choice but to follow it. If I could quit and find another job, they know I would have already. I should state too, at my company, this same problem can be mapped on to more people than just myself. But hey, at least I get a paycheck. Things could be worse.
