I've never met any maintainer feeling entitled to their users' money, most commonly I've seen users feeling entitled to support, premium support and 247 support, and bespoke features, from open source maintainers, wtf is this guy talking about, just few weeks ago there were people from microsoft expecting priority fixes from ffmpeg for free

It's important to sometimes remind entitled people to the four Effs of FOSS. Fix it, Fund it, Fork it, Fuck off/Flee (in that order).
