What's up with Raleigh NC? I used to live nearby, that's a nice place and not expensive, why suddenly 30% less housing shortage?

- BadHumans 2y agoNorth Carolina in general has some of the most sprawl in the nation and hasn't kept up with the demand that tech has brought to the state.
- EVa5I7bHFq9mnYK 2y agoHousing shortage DECREASED 30% from a year ago, not increased. Looks like people leaving in droves. Well, maybe just a statistical fluc.
- BadHumans 2y agoI misread that as 30% less housing. I stand by what I said though. It looks like Raleigh housing supply took a dip during the pandemic followed by a large swing climb back up and now it looks fairly stable.
