It's Hacker News. Unless it's a technical topic, or fairly closely related to a technical topic, this is the wrong place.
There are plenty of other places to have discussions about non-technical things.
- Jimmc414 2y agoThe topic is very technical, actually. There were some significant statistical anomalies this week that both camps seem positioned to acknowledge.
- Jimmc414 2y agoOn an unrelated note, how close, do you think AI is to simulating a real television production? We might be wise to question a lot of the content leading into this cycle.
- talldayo 2y ago"significant statistical anomalies" include the weather, variations in soil composition and the population count of wild stoats. The fact that numbers are changing doesn't mean that something qualifies for the guidelines of HN. Shoehorn politics into a tech forum and you're just gonna get flagged.
