My father is in his mid 70's with bladder cancer and is now going down the immunotherapy path completely aware that this is still essentially a new thing with bugs to be figured out. At this point the best we are hoping for is a few more years but understand if it doesn't work out. It is still wild to see where we are going. While I am skeptical of many technological claims that get thrown around nowadays, medical advances are still plodding along wonderfully. Even if at times it can be two steps forward, one step back.
