No. If there's a just peace, Ukraine will not continue killing Russians. And, honestly, if Russia ever does manage to conquer all of Ukraine, the resistance at that point will probably be low-level terrorism, similar to what the US experienced in Iraq.
- Teever 2y agoI assure you that even in the case of an overwhelming Ukrainian victory that Ukrainians who were tortured by Russians will dedicate their lives to revenge. What counter is there to a small quadcopter that can recharge itself with solar panels and is released near the Russian border to make it's way to the neck of a Russian war-criminal who is outside mowing his lawn? > the resistance at that point will probably be low-level terrorism, similar to what the US experienced in Iraq. And what was the outcome of that? The permanent loss of social capital and soft power around the world, trillions of dollars of resources completely wasted, a generation riddled with PTSD and TBI, the opportunity cost of all those misallocated resources, and more importantly the permanent fracturing of US society. What will happen to Russia in the event of an all out occupation of Ukraine will make the losses that the US has faced in Iraq seem paltry.
