20 years of reduced income due to denied job opportunities can make a person's life materially worse 20 years from now. Do you care about that? If not, why do you care about the scams and social engineering attacks?
- wryoak 2y agoBut when the concept of deep fake porn is well known, even real porn leaks become suspect and rule 34 ceases to be societally meaningful. I think “in twenty years no one will care” is an absurd overestimation: in twenty minutes no one will care.
