Is it common practice in the US to publish the names of suspects of a crime? From what I’ve read, he hasn’t been found guilty yet, or has he? Edit: I’m not saying it is in any way unclear that the physician acted in gross misconduct. But as long as he isn’t convicted, he should not be treated as such.
