I'm curious about this as well, I listened to a few of the samples and they seem to be of ok quality. But having experimented with this myself a bit, things can be fine until it chokes and you get very weird emphasis, emotion etc. Side note, this almost feels like something 2012 Google would have done, a la their scanning of the Library of Congress. Something to show off their text-to-speech.
