Not really?

And if you click one of those it'll allow you to enter your home server and it'll redirect.
steps:
1. someone gives me a link
2. i click it (i can instantly view the profile/post)
3. i click favorite
4. i enter my home server
5. redirected to home server
With yours:
1. someone gives me a fedv.link
2. i click it
3. it brings me to a page that says continue or set preferred server
if i continue then it doesn't bring me to my home server, so
4. i click set preferred server
5. i need to enter my home server
6. i need to go back to step 2 because it doesn't redirect me, i just stay on that page.

- KomoD 2y agoSure, for one visitor, but every visitor has to go through that, I'd suggest at least changing so it redirects them after they set the preferred server so they don't have to go back
